At Rajasthan Trip, we are committed to providing flexibility and transparency in our cancellation policy, while ensuring the smooth operation of our services. 1. General Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Requests:

To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at +91 95094 47882. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of your tour.

2. Cancellation Charges

The amount refunded will depend on when you request the cancellation, as outlined below:

More than 7 days before departure:
  • You will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
  • 3 to 7 days before departure:
  • We will refund 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 3 days before departure:
  • Unfortunately, no refund can be provided. However, you may reschedule your tour based on availability. Rescheduling fees may apply.
  • Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show:
  • No refund will be issued in the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show.
  • 3. Special Circumstances

    We understand that life sometimes presents unexpected situations. For these special circumstances, we offer some flexibility:

    Emergency Cancellations:

    In the case of an emergency (e.g., medical reasons), please inform us as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the situation, we may offer a partial refund or allow you to reschedule your tour, subject to availability.

    Weather Conditions:

    If inclement weather forces us to cancel a tour or service (primarily for outdoor activities such as desert tours or sightseeing), we will either offer you a full refund or provide the option to reschedule your trip.

    Force Majeure:

    In cases of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, etc.), Rajasthan Trip will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays. In such situations, refunds or rescheduling will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    4. Refund Process

    Once your cancellation request is confirmed, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method used at the time of booking:
    Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the same card.
    Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be transferred to the same bank account provided during booking.

    5. Rescheduling Policy

    If you'd like to reschedule your trip, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Please note:

    Rescheduling Requests:

    Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.

    Rescheduling Fee:

    A rescheduling fee of 5% of the total booking amount may apply, depending on the circumstances.

    6. No Refund for Partial Tour Services

    If you choose not to complete part of your booked tour or service (e.g., skipping an activity), no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the trip.
